Once we confirm payment, we will send a "payment complete" email, and begin creating your portrait.
Delivery will take place an estimated three weeks after payment is confirmed, but this may vary depending on the volume of orders the artist is dealing with.

When your portrait is complete, we will deliver it either via email attachment for digital portraits, or via mail for paper portraits.
